What’s the story?

Marriage is perhaps one of the best days of one’s life. Regardless of what happens post marriage, the day of the event is always a special day for the ones involved. For Taskin Ahmed, however, his special night was perhaps ruined by his ‘fans’.
The 22-year-old pacer married his long-time sweetheart, Syeda Rabeya Naima, yesterday following the pacer’s arrival from an atrocious outing in South Africa. He posted the pictures of his wedding on his Facebook page with the hope of being wished well by his fans.

However, apart from some fans, all he got was negative comments as some people were extremely mean towards him and his wife, Naima.

In case you didn’t know

The two had known each other for about 7 years and got engaged a year ago as the families of the couple agreed upon it. According to Taskin’s father, there will be another event to celebrate the marriage as the one organised yesterday was more of a private and small event that included the closest among the family ring since it was organised all of a sudden.

The heart of the matter

Nevertheless, it was a day of joy for Taskin and the two families, but as a human, Taskin is bound to feel sad after reading the comments made by the fans. Taskin Ahmed is – or was – a heartthrob for many girls in the country and most of them took out their frustration in the comments section of the photo.
According to them, Naima isn’t beautiful enough and that Taskin should have chosen someone good-looking. Some even criticised Taskin for marrying so young while others mocked him and questioned his decision to marry right after a string of terrible performances in South Africa.
